About

Christine

Christine is a personal development practitioner based in New York, working virtually with clients anywhere. Originally a violinist, her path has taken her from meeting diverse groups of individuals at the United Nations to Japan, through rising the corporate ladder. Along the way, she has had the opportunity to work alongside cellist Yo-Yo Ma, the internationally acclaimed musician best known for founding Silkroad, a nonprofit that uses music and cultural exchange to build understanding across communities worldwide, as well as with renowned primatologist and conservationist Jane Goodall.

Christine also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). That training gives her a deeper, evidence-based understanding of human behavior, communication, and the systems that shape how people think and cope. The strategies she offers are grounded in research, not just intuition, even as her work with you stays focused on personal development rather than therapy.

That range of experience shapes how she works: practical strategy paired with warm, judgment-free support, helping you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and become the version of yourself you're working toward.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Madison Mind & Wellness offers personal development coaching, psychoeducation, and wellness support, not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or diagnosis. See the note on scope of practice below for more detail.
Do we meet in person or virtually?
Everything is virtual. All sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever works for you.
How much does it cost?
1:1 Personal Development sessions are $60 for one hour. Sessions are self-pay, so there's no insurance paperwork, waiting on approvals, or diagnosis codes, just book a time and get started. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are also available for those who need a reduced rate, and students receive a discounted rate, just mention either when you apply.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is kept confidential. Because coaching isn't a licensed clinical service, it isn't covered by therapist-client privilege the way psychotherapy is, but we're happy to talk through what that means before we start.
How long do programs take?
1:1 sessions are booked by the hour and paced to your goals; we'll set a cadence together that fits your life.

A Note on Scope of Practice

Madison Mind & Wellness offers personal development coaching, psychoeducation, and wellness support. These services are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed clinical care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed provider or local emergency services.
